We rotate the breweries that we visit on tours. These are just a few of the breweries we may visit…
Whistle Punk Brewing is located in downtown Spokane’s historic Railroad Alley and operated by father-son team Craig and Matt Hanson. We are passionate about creating new beers and improving with each brew day. Our taproom will always have a wide variety of styles to choose from but they will rotate on a consistent basis.
With backgrounds in biology, chemistry, and farming – we were farmers and educators before we started brewing beer. This background makes our process and our beer unique – we brew according to the scientific method using ingredients from our farm and the local community. A trip to our tap house will likely not only include the enjoyment of tasty beer right from the source – you will probably also get the chance to meet the brewers or some of our local farmers.
Our dedication to freshness and flavor extends to every aspect of our brewery – from recipe development and ingredient sourcing to packaging and quality control. Even as we have expanded our production capacity in order to share more of our beer around the Spokane area, we have strictly prioritized beer quality over growth – a focus that has lead us to a self-distribution model built on freshness and meticulous care for our beer.
Bellwether seeks to create beers that are reflective of history with Northwest flair.
